VOCAL AMATEUR JAZZ BANDS
Jazz is for some people a passion lived through the integration into amateur bands, playing instruments or singing, reaching sometimes remarkable artistic levels and being supervised by professionals giving their all to direct these budding artists. For many years the festival has wished to open a scene to amateur practices, and we chose the vocal bands. Come and discover the vocal amateur jazz bands, selected after a call for nominations for their setting up, their melodies, and their artistic performances. Maybe will you feel like joigning them too?
2:00 pm : Sete Cordas
These seven singers perform a Brazilian repertoire. They will be directed by Marianne Feder and backed by Vincent Muller on guitar.
2:30 pm : Mer Belle à très agitée
These fifteen singers perform a latin jazz under the direction of Marianne Passelergue.
3:00 pm : Uma Voz
Twelve singers in a latin-jazz repertoire, directed by Regis Leroy also backing on guitar with Arnaud Deboisfleury.
