To be selected to play in the Tremplin Jeunes Talents is a reward in itself. It is indeed a jazz competition of the highest quality, by the selection of the chosen bands and the criteria of notation. Under the aegis of the festival, the jury made of musicians, journalists and professionals will select every evening between three bands according to the quality of the compositions, the stage impact and the soloists' talent. The winner, singled out at the end of the competition will be rewarded with a lot of reference prizes which will strongly help the band to build up a career.

Five contestants will be selected as the competition narrows down to the finalist (May 28th).
